Avocado Mango Salsa

Amount Ingredient 2 Florida mangoes, peeled and chopped 2 Florida avocados, peeled and diced 3/4 cup chopped green onions 1 Florida red bell pepper, seeded and diced 1 Florida jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice - Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Serve chilled.
( Use extra mangoes or avocados from this recipe to make food for your baby while you are make a family snack.
For Mango:
- Peel and remove the seeds of 1 ripe Florida Mango.
- Mash mango until smooth
Add plain/vanilla yogurt or apple/pear juice until mango puree is at the proper consistency for your infant
For Avocado:
- Peel and take out the pit of a ripe Florida avocado - do not cook
- Cut “meat” out and mash with a fork
