Veggies and Cheese

Ingredients
12 Florida grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1 large Florida yellow bell pepper
4 ounces mozzarella cheese
6 Florida watermelon pieces, about an inch
3 lettuce leaves
Preparation
  1. Slice pepper into 6 pieces, removing seeds. Slice tomatoes into halves.
  2. Place lettuce on three plates and evenly divide remaining ingredients on the plates. Serve chilled.
