Veggies and Cheese

- 12 Florida grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 large Florida yellow bell pepper
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 6 Florida watermelon pieces, about an inch
- 3 lettuce leaves
- Preparation

- Slice pepper into 6 pieces, removing seeds. Slice tomatoes into halves.
- Place lettuce on three plates and evenly divide remaining ingredients on the plates. Serve chilled.
