Cool Cucumber Dip
- Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce container plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 medium cucumbers peeled with seeds removed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preparation

- Chop cucumbers into small pieces and then puree in food grinder.
- Combine all ingredients and chill.
- Serve with any vegetable or spread on crackers or toast squares.
